Energinet.dk intends to purchase a number of both variable and non-variable 165 kV shunt reactors for installation in 2016 and possibly 2017. The upcoming tender falls in three lots as specified below
Lot 1:
Delivery of one 40-100Mvar variable Shunt reactors for outdoor installation in 2016 and optional prices for up to four identical variable Shunt reactors for outdoor installation during 2016 and 2017
Technical description:
Rated voltage: 165kV
Rated power: variable between 40 — 100 Mvar
Rated frequency: 50 Hz
Cooling: ONAN

i) Ready for operation on foundation at different substations in Jylland/Fyn, Denmark, during 2016 and 2017
Terms of tender
Energinet.dk wants to initiate negotiations in accordance to the above specified technical description. Energinet.dk wants to invite the 3-5 most qualified contractors to bid, based on the response and the forwarded material. If more than 3 contractors respond positively to question 1 and 2 and are capable of identifying a specific manufacturing facility, the selection of the most qualified contractors will be based on question 4. Regarding question 4 the evaluation of the references will be based on the degree to which the reference(s) are similar to the tender assignment. As a result the number of references will not be the determining factor alone but more importantly to which degree the specific forwarded reference are comparable and relevant to the tender assignment regarding technical solution and scope.
The tender materiel will be submitted in October 2014 to the qualified contractors.
