A complete SIMS system operating under ultra-high vacuum conditions including all necessary pumps. The system includes ion source and spectrometer controlled by software and software for analysis of recorded spectra.
For the purpose of the Tender it should be it should be noticed that there is no preference for a specific type of SIMS mass analyser and refurbished systems will also be accepted.
