The Contracting Authority puts out to 1. The liquefaction set-up should contain an intermediate low-pressure storage (called low gas permeability bag), gas purifier (purifier), compressor (high-pressure compressor) and helium liquefier (liquefier). The set-up should be connected to the helium gas outlet of the Bruker 950 MHz magnet and have the possibility to connect other helium gas sources.
