The need for the purchase of tables is urgent. Newly built laboratories will be opening in August 2016, and these new facilities should be equipped and functional as soon as possible, due to the work and research of the institute. In view of the expected delivery time of up to 3 months and the upcoming summer holiday, the usual deadline is not respected.

Complaint regarding a decision on short-listing must be submitted no later than 20 calendar days from the date after notification to the concerned Candidates informing them of who has been selected has been sent and this notification includes the grounds for the decision, cf. lov om Klagenævnet for Udbud § 7, section 1.
