Tender Announcement - Invitation to bid for Design and Build of Wastewater Collection and Treatment of Cao Bang City, Cao Bang Province

The Cao Bang City People s Committee, Vietnam has requested Danida Business Finance for support and will be carrying out a tender according to Danida Business Finance Rules and Guidelines for Procurement for project:

Cao Bang City Wastewater Collection and Treatment project, Cao Bang Province, Vietnam

Tendering is restricted to eligible Danish firms, or in the event of joint ventures, joint ventures with a Danish leader undertaking minimum 60 % of the contract value. There will no pre-qualification process.

The Cao Bang City People s Committee in the Cao Bang Province has established a company, Project Management Unit for Investment and Construction of Cao Bang City, Cao Bang Province to undertake the responsibility for the tendering process and selection of the Contractor. The Project Management Unit for Investment and Construction of Cao Bang City invites Danish companies including joint ventures who have the required competency, experience and resources to participate in the tendering for the project.

A full set of tender documents can be bought for a non-refundable fee of VND 10,000,000 (in word: ten million Vietnamese Dongs) from 8.00 am, 13 July 2014 to 10.00 am 1 October 2014 (Hanoi time, during work hours)

Bid closing time will be 10.00 am, 13 October 2014 (Hanoi time). A bid security of EUR 25,000 (in word: twenty-five thousands Euro) will be requested.

Bids shall be publicly opened at 10.05 am (Hanoi time), 13 October at Project Management Unit for Investment and Construction of Cao Bang City.

The Project Management Unit for Investment and Construction of Cao Bang City would like to invite bidders representatives who submitted the bids to attend the bid opening ceremony at the above mentioned time and address.
