The Danish National Police wishes to procure a radio-dispatch system and possibly other adjacent systems as part of the control room system of the Danish police.
The Danish National Police invites potential suppliers to participate in a technical dialogue regarding control room systems prior to a tender.

II.8) Additional information:
1. Purpose:
The Danish National Police wishes to obtain information about the market for public safety control room systems, mainly products and services in relation to:
— Radio-dispatch,
— Fleet Management,
— GIS (Geographical Information System),
— Resource management.
The Danish National Police also wishes to obtain the information needed to decide whether a radio-dispatch system should be procured as a stand alone system or as a part of a complete control room system.
The Danish National Police will provide basic information about the expected specifications of a future radio-dispatch system. The feedback from suppliers may be used to adjust the specifications and to help identify alternative solutions.
2. Process:

The technical dialogue will be conducted in English and/or Danish via the website www.offentligprivatdialog.dk

Participation in the technical dialogue is restricted to a maximum of 7. To ensure that the participants represents the product variation available in the market, selection of participants will be based on the type of control room solutions offered, the product range and experience in delivering similar relevant products and services.
The Danish National Police favour participants who are able to document experience with:
— delivery of radio-dispatch systems,
— delivery of fleet management systems,
— delivery of GIS (Geographical Information System),
— integrations with the Dimetra system (TETRA),
— implementation of the above systems,
— provision of technical support in Danish.

Any potential supplier interested in engaging in the technical dialogue should complete a registration form available on the dialogue website www.offentligprivatdialog.dk and submit a request to participate in the technical dialogue.

The request must include a description of the suppliers product range and the type of control room system offered (maximum 10 pages), a list of main deliveries effected and services provided over the past 3 years, with dates and recipients, (public or private) involved.
The request to participate must be submitted by 12:00 on 4.5.2015 in accordance with the instructions on the dialogue website.
The selected participants will receive further information on the process.
The participants will have the opportunity to conduct product demonstrations or presentations at the meetings.
3. General information:
Registration and participation in the technical dialogue is free of charge.
No remuneration will be paid to any participant for participation in the technical dialogue.
The Danish National Police is free to choose whether and how the information from the technical dialogue is used in any subsequent decision-making and preparation of the tender documents.
Participation in the technical dialogue is not a condition for participating in the projected upcoming tender process and will not improve future prospects in such.

The tender documents as well as material about the technical dialogue will be made available via the Mercell Sourcing System at http://www.mercell.dk Please note that the scheduled date for start of award procedures stated in section II.5) may turn out to be either earlier (or later), depending on the findings of the technical dialogue.
