Eilersen´s digital and hygienic load cells are developed for accurate mixing of ingredients in food production.

The digital load cells communicate directly with the dosing equipment and automatically control the dosing of each ingredient - both liquid and solid. This enables a high accuracy and correct measurement of ingredients every single time.

Eilersen digital load cells are always delivered as “Plug & Play”, which means they are easy to install and pre-calibrated. All the load cells are tested thoroughly and calibrated in-house, to secure a consistent high quality of the products.

At the same time Eilersen digital load cells can be equipped with up to a 100 meter load cell cable and the cable length has no influence on the load cell calibration.

Furthermore, the load cells are designed according to the EHEDG hygiene guidelines, which makes the load cells easy to clean and to maintain a hygienic food production environment.
