Manufacturing Project Manager for the Wind Energy

As a Project Manager, you will actively clarify requirements and expectations, negotiate and organize resources, align schedules and deliverable cross the other sub-modules PMs and overall NPI PM.
We provide a highly complex and exiting working environment where we expect that the Project Manager is skilled in leading the constructive cooperation cross internal & external stakeholders, as such, a high skill of communication is required for the ideal candidate for this position to manage the cooperation amongst the stakeholders, prepare & present reports to management.
Key Tasks:
- Stakeholder management
- Accountability for your sub-module, planning, deliverables and defned KPIs like BOM release and maturity, procurement of direct and indirect materials, assembly processes, maturity and validation for Serial introduction.
- Organize and drive the implementation Boards (for Design, Supplier quality and production findings) and material tracking meetings.
- Lead assembly team leads for daily shop floor meetings
- Facilitate manufacturing evaluation of respective module by customers or inspection agency
- Manage and Report progress of execution to all project stakeholders on daily or weekly basis
- Report and escalate to NPI PM and Steering Committee on pre-serial
- execution showstoppers
Requirements:
- Manufacturing process knowledge
- Willing to travel when needed.
- Min 8 years work experience with at least 3 years in PM role.
- A structured approach to your work and the ability to handle simultaneous assignments
- Energetic with follow-through attitude able to thrive in a dynamic and international environment
- Solid communication skills to manage communication cross complex organization and stakeholders of different cultures.
- Excellent English skills both orally and in writing
- A plus if you have experience in factory & production line set up and production, new product introduction and technology transfers.
- Preferably the candidate has prior experience in the Wind Manufacturing or similar manufacturing industry with an academic background in Engineering and/or People Management
- While the Project Manager does not have direct reports, she or he will lead a project team with resources allocated by various resource owners in the organization.

- Overall NPI PM and other module PMs.
- Manufacturing Plants
- Project Ordering Party and Steering Committee (Senior Management)
- Product & Platform management team
- Design and Manufacturing Engineers
- Procurement, Quality and Safety department
- External Suppliers and Consulting Engineers
