We are looking for a Recruiter who together with competent, fantastic colleagues and hiring managers in Denmark, will work to attract and recruit the right talent for ENABL and for our customers.

As our new recruiter, you will be responsible for recruitment across all functional business areas. You will drive your own portfolio of hiring's within the Consulting & Outsourcing, Equipment and Service & Operation divisions. You will help define requirements, build effective recruitment processes and advise Hiring Managers while simultanously ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience. You will build our engineering teams and be a key person in ensure the future growth and success of ENABL.

 Our talents are mainly recruited within:

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Project Management
  • Electrical & Automation

In addition to these areas, you will contribute to our cross-functional TA collaboration in HR Denmark and Global HR. You will be a part of the global recruitment/TA team, with team members in Bulgaria, Ukraine and India.

Your primary task will are amongst other:

  •  A to Z responsibility for recruitment processes
  • Competency-based interviews
  • Recruitment partner for hiring managers
  • Contribute to the talent attraction for ENABL.
  • Build a strong pipeline of engaged and relevant candidates
  • Employer branding activities such as student fairs, LinkedIn updates a.o.

Who are we looking for?

You can have multiple entries for this position. Preferably you have experience in recruiting and from a customer facing role (internal or external customer). The most important element for your success is that you understand how business critical your role is and that the speed you deliver at defines whether we can deliver on our goals or not. Furthermore, you should be willing/eager to learn and can continuously develop in the role.

It is an advantage if you have experience in recruiting engineers and/or specialists. You have an excellent commercial and customer-centric mindset, and understand the importance of providing high-quality support to managers and an excellent candidate experience. Danish and to some extend English, verbal/written skills are a prerequisite for this role. 

As a person, you thrive in a fast-paced and agile work environment, and you consider yourself an energetic self-starter. You have a structured approach to solving your tasks, and you have a curious eye for processes and optimization possibilities.
