Senior Sales Engineer
Advansor is looking for Senior Sales Engineer to become a part of an international team driven by finding the best solution for our customers
Your role
As Senior Sales Engineer your focus will be driving sales and finding the best sustainable climate solutions for our customers. Your main role will be to support our customers with technical quotations, including product design, calculations, and technical guidance, and help ensure correct project specifications before the order is produced. You will take part in raising and developing the technical level by guiding and supporting our Trainees and Sales Engineers. In addition, you will be an important sparring partner for your colleagues in relation to designing more complex industrial climate solutions.
Together with our regional sales team, you will play an important role in defending and expanding our market position. You will also work closely with our R&D, engineering and manufacturing teams.
You will be based at our headquarter in Aarhus, where you will be a part of our Sales Engineering team. Main tasks
As part of our team, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Consult and guide customers with technical quotations
- Design and offer sustainable climate solution for customers
- Follow up on customers and ongoing projects
- Order documentation and handover to production
- Provide market feedback for our product development
- Support colleagues in designing complex climate solutions
- Participate in cross organisational projects
Your profile & qualifications
You have completed a technical education on a master level and have a minimum of five years’ experience within refrigeration or heat pumps. Alternately you have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering complemented by several years of relevant work experience.
You are motivated by achieving good results and meeting KPI’s based on your technical expertise and commercial understanding, as well as your sense of structure and ability to build good customer relationships through your sales efforts.
You have a good technical understanding, which you apply when identifying customer needs, and which you are able to translate into good solutions in collaboration with your colleagues.
You thrive in a fast-paced workplace and manage to keep calm and work structured in a busy working day.
You have strong IT skills and work effortlessly with various IT systems including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
We expect you to be able to communicate confidently in English, both orally and in writing, as it is our corporate language.
