This leadership role is instrumental in driving our transformation towards becoming the partner of choice by enhancing sales enablement strategies and fostering to drive collaborative growth initiatives, and overseeing a team of direct reports in conjunction with the existing Head of Global Sales & Marketing.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execute strategies aimed at enhancing sales enablement across the team, focusing on refining the foundation to position our company as the preferred partner in our interactions with both existing and potential customers. Emphasis will be placed on enabling collaborative work processes that support our clients in achieving success in the realm of sustainable initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Sales and Marketing team and the three divisions in ENABL to develop marketing materials, showcasing our products and services, campaigns, and tools that resonate with our target audience and support our endeavors to become the partner of choice.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform business decisions, implementing sales strategies that align with our sales and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the development of sales methodologies, processes, training modules, best practices, marketing initiatives, sales tools, and data-driven practices, including CRM, to streamline operations and foster a client-centric culture.
  • Lead and facilitate training sessions to empower and adopting best practices, enhancing skill sets, and leveraging sales tools effectively.
  • Lead the team to manage the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient follow-ups with leads and prospects while continuously improving sales processes to enhance customer experiences.
  • Elevate KAM strategies beyond a job description to a core business strategy, driving innovation and initiatives that enhance cross-selling effectiveness and overall business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, sales/marketing, engineering or a related field can be beneficial.
  • Proven success in driving business growth through strategic sales enablement, marketing initiatives, and fostering preferred partnership statuses with clients.
  • Strong skills in sales methodologies, marketing strategies, customer relationship management (CRM), data analysis, market research, and understanding customer behaviors and trends are essential.
  • Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to work across teams effectively. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering value-added solutions are crucial for becoming a partner of choice.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools, CRM systems, and other analytical platforms to derive insights and make informed business decisions is important. An understanding of PowerBI or similar tools can be advantageous.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to motivate and empower teams are critical.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage multiple responsibilities, and lead a team towards achieving sales excellence.
