YOUR ROLE
You will be joining our strong Sales Engineering team in Brabrand, where passion for finding the best sustainable climate solutions and bringing value to the customers is key. You will be part of the management team in Sales Engineering referring to Sales Engineering Director and take part in cross-functional projects.

You will have a broad interface and collaborate with resources across our organization, as Regional Sales, R&D and Electrical- and Mechanical Engineering. Together with our regional sales team, you will play an important role in defending and expanding our market position.

Your main responsibilities as a Bid Manager will be to manage and coordinate the bidding process and to qualify opportunities for tenders and OEM’s. This includes ensuring timely and correct responses to customers enquiries, collecting commercial and technical input, securing margin according to budget on repetitive business and high-volume agreements, providing market and competitive research and improving internal processes and procedures for handling tender orders.

MAIN TASKS

  • Coordination across departments in bidding phase
  • Identifying and qualify bidding opportunities with regional sales
  • Maintaining and continuously improving the bidding processes
  • Prepare proposal and submit documents for tenders
  • Participating in cross organisational project
  • Prepare and implement agreement and work instructions for high volume orders
  • Review of previous bids and their financial and operational success
  • Implement learnings from previous agreements

YOUR BACKGROUND
We imagine you have an educational background in related field or applicable disciplines combined with project management skills and commercial insight.

We expect that you have minimum three years in a similar role and possess strong skills and competencies within customer relations, coordination, bidding, and process optimization. Furthermore, it is important you can gain respect from Managers as well as Team members and you have excellent stakeholder management skills.

You enjoy working in an international environment and have experience working with cross functional teams. You are a team player and thrive in an ambitious work environment. You have a structured approach, and you can prioritize and cut things short to all levels in the organization. You take pride in delivering qualified input for process and procedures, and you are eager to learn and share your knowledge.

Our corporate language is English, and therefore, it is a requirement that you can communicate in English both orally and in writing at a high level. German or French language skills is a plus but not a requirement.
