According to the European Parliament and Council Directive No. 2004/18 / EC, Article 31. 1, point b, the University of Copenhagen believes that Bruker is the only provider of a software platform that allows us to combine the high resolution MS data obtained using this system with NMR data. This allows for unambiguous structure verification with Bruker FUSION-SV, fully integrating HRAM-MS and NMR data for increased specificity. KU has recently purchased 10+ Bruker NMR systems, and this number is likely to increase, making it critically relevant that the MS and NMR data can be readily combined to obtain precise characterization of novel materials. Without this software communication this will be much more complex and difficult. According to the European Parliament and Council Directive No. 2004/18 / EC, Article 31. 2, point b, University of Copenhagen is convinced that this machine will be used to provide key data on the characterization of novel post-translational modifications on amino acids, peptides and other small molecules. Complete characterization requires data from multiple techniques and particularly both LC-MS and NMR spectroscopy. As such it is essential that data from these 2 techniques can be readily combined to provide a complete picture. The NMR data will be obtained on existing KU Bruker NMR machines that will be integrated with the proposed LC-MS equipment through the Bruker FUSION-SV software, allowing seamless data integration. A change in supplier from Bruker would prevent ready integration of the MS and NMR data, as the Bruker FUSION-SV system would not be readily compatible with different software, and result in disproportionate technical difficulties.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals A complaint against the contracting entity who, in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Directive No. 2004/18/EC, Article 31, has decided to award a contract without prior publication of a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union must,in accordance with the Danish act on enforcement of procurement rules, etc. § 7, para. 3, be filed to the Danish Public procurement Appeal Board within 30 calendar days from the day following the day on which a contract notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
The Danish act on enforcement of procurement rules, etc. defines in § 3, para. 1, point 1, a standstill period of 10 calendar days from the day after the date on which the voluntary ex ante transparency notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Latest at the same time as a complaint is lodged to the Danish Public procurement Appeal Board, the appellant shall in writing inform the contracting entity about the lodging of a complaint to the Danish Public procurement Appeal Board, and whether the complaint has been submitted in the stand still period. In cases where the complaint is not submitted in the stand still period, the appellant must specify any suspensive effect of the complaint according to The Danish act on enforcement of procurement rules § 12, Para. 1.
