Aarhus University puts out to tender the purchase of purchase of a 20 MHz TD-NMR benchtop spectrometer to Aarhus University.
The TD-NMR spectrometer will be used for evaluating solid fat content, oil droplet size distribution, water droplet size distributions, and properties of emulsions in different food items. The spectrometer will be used in education and research.
