The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability is an international research center at the Technical University of Denmark. The Biosustain vision is to participate in the development of sustainable lifestyles using efficient bio-manufacturing methods for chemical compounds and protein-based products. Center for Biosustainability is a world leader in the design, construction, and testing of cell factories by developing and perfecting foundational engineering approaches for bio-manufacturing.

The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability intends to procure an OnyxTM. OnyxTM is a benchtop platform for scalable digital genome engineering to design and engineer cells and further to evaluate and track results.

OnyxTM is a fully automated platform for scalable digital genome engineering which offers fully automated workflows for trackable editing of single cells. It is DTU's assessment that there are currently no com-petitors of this platform in the market.

Complaint regarding a decision on pre-qualification:

Complaint regarding a decision on pre-qualification must be submitted no later than 20 calendar days, from the date after a notification to the concerned candidates informing them of who has been selected, has been sent and this notification includes the grounds for the decision, cf. law regarding, Complaints board (in Danish Klagenævnet for Udbud) § 7, section 1.

Complaint regarding the award of contract:

Complaint regarding the award of contract must be submitted no later than 45 calendar days from the date after the contracting authority has published a contract award notice in the European Union Official Journal informing that the contracting authority has awarded the contract, cf. Law regarding Complaints board (in Danish Klagenævnet for Udbud) § 7, section 2, subsection 1.
