The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason:
- absence of competition for technical reasons

Explanation:

Aalborg University Department of Energy Technology needs to purchase laboratory equipment used for two customized testing systems for the X-Power project. Aalborg Universitet needs

1) 30 kW 400 V (L-N) three-phase regenerative grid simulator with parallel-capability for future extension;

2) 1800 kV DC power supply with PV array simulation function and user-friendly software for PV array configuration;

3) 600 V Bi-direction DC power supply for battery emulation;

4) 100 V regenerative power supply system for capacitor testing with the total current capability at least 1200 A .
