Chemical Engineering at DTU wishes to purchase a UPLC-MS system for analysis and discovery of metabolomics, long chain lipid acids, lignin, fatty acids, carbohydrates and polymers in liquids and solid samples like tissues microbial cells and biomasses. The tender consists of three parts, one regarding system and general requirements, one regarding liquid chromatography and one regarding mass spectrometry. All parts must be completed by tenderer, thus only one contract will be signed. It is a strict requirement that delivery takes place within 2020. The tender will follow the ‘open tender procedure’.

For the last three audited financial years, the tenderer must give information o the average of the following:

— net turnover,

— equity ratio.

For the last three audited financial years, as a minimum the tenderer must on average have had a:

— net turnover of DKK 8 000 000,

— net profit ratio of 5 %,

— equity ratio of 15 %.

The tenderer should give relevant references of comparable contracts.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

As a minimum the tenderer must provide three references for comparable agreements.

Comparable agreements mean agreements with a value of at least DKK 2 000 000 concerning UPLC-MS systems designed for purposes of research and/or education within the same area as this procurement. The agreement, to which the reference refers, must not be more than 3 years old. The date is calculated from the date of delivery for the agreement referred to.
