The purpose of this engagement with potential suppliers who are representative of the market is to have an initial dialogue so that the ECO can acquire knowledge about products, suppliers, possible solutions, market requirements for bidding, legal requirements etc. It also will assist the ECO in ensuring that the tender material provided is both appropriate for the purpose and stimulates the interest of potential suppliers.
To participate in this initial dialogue, please send an email to kenneth.karlsson@eco.cept.org to express your interest. The deadline for registration is 25 of September 2020 at 12.00 CEST. Individual meetings will subsequently be held on 5 October 2020. Potential suppliers are kindly requested to indicate their availability as to when they can participate on the fifth. Meetings will take place online with each potential supplier and the duration of each meeting is expected to be one hour. The ECO will follow up with meeting details at a later date.
