Market Dialogue Regarding Tender for ‘Telecommunication Network Planning and Documentation Tool’
Banedanmark is in the process of preparing a tender regarding a new telecommunication network planning and documentation tool (referred to later as the system) that is going to replace a current legacy system. The purpose of the market dialogue is to acquire knowledge of the solutions readily available on the market, in order to develop a detailed requirement specification, that utilizes the functionality of the latest and most suitable products that the market can offer. The deadline for submitting a request for participation in the first market dialogue phase is 25 September 2020 at 12.00 CET. Banedanmark reserves the right to select what Banedanmark deems as the most relevant vendors, for the first market dialogue phase.

The purpose of the market dialogue is to acquire knowledge of the solutions readily available on the market, in order to develop a detailed requirement specification, that utilizes the functionality of the latest and most suitable products that the market can offer. The market dialogue will be held over three phases. The first phases’ purpose is to provide Banedanmark with an insight into which solutions the market can offer, but also give the market/vendors an idea of what Banedanmark’s requirements are. The second phases’ purpose is to provide Banedanmark with feedback regarding relevant questions, along with an exploration of how Banedanmark can submit the highest quality tender material possible. The third and final phases’ purpose is to obtain the market/vendor’s feedback regarding Banedanmark’s tender material. The first market dialogue phase will be held in week 40 — 2020. In the attached document you can find a short description of Banedanmark, background information on the new system and the agenda of the first phase. Potential vendors that are interested in participating in the market dialogue are asked to submit a request for participation through EU-Supply (LINK). Kindly also submit a brief presentation of your company. The deadline for submitting a request for participation in the first market dialogue phase is 25 September 2020 at 12.00 CET. Banedanmark reserves the right to select what Banedanmark deems as the most relevant vendors, for the first market dialogue phase.
