In the fall of 2020 the Central Region of Denmark, expects to publish a tender on isolator technology to the new Hospital Pharmacy at Aarhus University Hospital. In order to ensure that relevant offers are not excluded due to inappropriate requirements, the Central Region of Denmark has chosen to conduct a hearing of the preliminary prepared tender material.

In connection with the preparation of the tender material, we invite all potential suppliers to review the attached material and submit written hearing responses. The hearing responses will be processed by a team of staff members from the hospital pharmacy. It will be assessed whether the hearing responses will give rise to make changes in the tender material.

The hearing responses must reach the Region, no later than Monday 19 October 2020 at 12 p.m.
