II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

The project scope is to deliver the technical solution for robotic pedestals, installation, integrations to a camera control system, documentation and training. This include software, service, support and maintenance related to the robotic pedestal solution, but does not include technical integration with the rest of the production facility.TV 2 will provide the cabling, installation and additional equipment necessary for integrating the proposed solution with the existing production facility in the news studio.

The tenderer shall confirm that the tenderer is not subject to the compulsory grounds for exclusion in section 135, subsections 1-3 and section 136 or the voluntary grounds for exclusion as provided for in section 137, subsection 1, paragraph 2 of the Danish Public Procurement Act. TV 2 makes no further requirements as to voluntary grounds for exclusion as provided for in section 137 of the Danish Public Procurement Act.

The tenderer must document its technical and professional ability by listing three references from ‘similar deliveries’ within the last 3 years from the time of submission of tender. In the context of this tender ‘similar deliveries’ shall mean that the references must utilize the proposed solution in a broadcast-like function. The tenderer must state the company names of the references and date of delivery. TV 2 reserves the right to verify the submitted information.
