II.1.4) Short description:

In order to upgrade DR's existing Wide Area Network (WAN) solution, DR needs to purchase new Video-MADI-IP Link Terminals for transfer of real time video and MADI services over IP between DR Byen and 8 specific DR Districts. A total of 20 identical terminal units are needed.

The tenderer must deliver all HW and SW for Video-MADI-IP link terminals for 9 locations, i.e. DR Byen and 8 DR Districts. The tenderer should only deliver the terminal equipment as specified in this tender.

DR is responsible for establishing the point-to-point 10 Gbit/s connections between DR Byen and the 8 DR Districts in a star shaped network. The Video-MADI-IP Link terminal interfaces should be at least 1 Gbit/s, preferably 10 Gbit/s, using optical SFP's.

DR does not require, that the terminals are completely new. They may have been used for few events or demos, although they shall be in flawless condition and should be under full warranty.
