Open procedure for servohydraulic dynamic multi-axial (tension-compression + torsion) mechanical testing machine system. For the purpose of the Tender, it should be noted that the system shall include all components necessary for complete system operation including but not limited to: load frame, control electronics, control software, Axial –Torsional hydraulic wedge grips, Axial-Torsional Extensometer, hydraulic power supply, cables, plumbing and all necessary fittings and connectors.
