The Contracting Entity is acting on behalf of companies wholly owned or controlled by DONG Energy Wind Power Holding A/S (CVR no. 18936673) or DONG Energy Wind Power A/S ( CVR no. 31849292) or other entities, now or hereafter directly or indirectly owned or controlled by DONG Energy A/S (CVR no. 36213728) or jointly controlled by DONG Energy Wind Power Holding A/S or DONG Energy Wind Power A/S or other entities directly or indirectly owned or controlled by DONG Energy A/S and a third party.
DONG Energy Wind Power A/S establishes on an ongoing basis new companies in connection with its activities. DONG Energy Wind Power A/S will most likely establish a new company for each new concession/permit that DONG Energy Wind Power A/S (or another entity within the DONG Energy Group, cf above) is winning or is being granted. The newly established companies will most likely be the companies that will be the contracting entities on each of the contracts tendered for. New companies that fulfil the definition above will also be contracting entities on which behalf DONG Energy Wind Power A/S acts, as long as the new companies' activities are within the usual activities of DONG Energy Wind Power A/S.
