Section number: II.2.4)
Place of text to be modified: Description of the procurement:
Instead of:

Nordic RSC (Regional Security Coordinator) is as a joint office owned by Energinet, Fin-grid, Svenska Kraftnät and Statnett with the purpose of delivering operational coordination in the Nordic electricity system, which is why Energinet conducts the Tender on behalf of Nordic RSC. The role of the Nordic RSC within the agreed different services is to provide coordination services for the secure operation of the European transmission system, build consistent regional data, perform analyses, make recommendations and otherwise support harmonizing operational procedures and standards to help the TSO’s to maintain security of supply. The Nordic RSC needs to deliver the following five essential coordination functions:

1) Coordinated Security Analysis (including Remedial Actions-related analysis);

2) Short and Medium Term Adequacy Forecasts;

3) Coordinated Capacity Calculations;

4) Outage Planning Coordination; and

5) Individual Grid Model/Common Grid Model Delivery.

Currently, Energinet is appointed as the Hosting TSO for the Nordic RSC, thus Energinet is also responsible for providing server capacity and other IT-tools for the Nordic RSCs current business functions and future functions as defined by the Entso-E rules. In this context, Energinet requires an IT-infrastructure framework agreement covering IT-operations for primarily involved IT-systems but also other systems used by Nordic RSC e.g. administrative IT-systems. Selected IT systems ranges from systems which are business critical, systems containing security sensitive data to systems that are neither business critical nor handles any security sensitive data.

The overall target with this prior notice is to inform the market about the coming tender of IT infrastructure services at Nordic RSC.

The geographical scope of the agreement is the Nordic RSC which is located in Denmark and currently comprises stakeholders in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

Please notice: The contract value stated in II.1.5) includes all options. The contracting authority expects the contract value, excluding all options, to be DKK 250 million.
