Market dialogue on general, strategic, and contractual topics
The IT and Development Agency of the Danish Ministry of Taxation (UFST) is preparing tenders for several systems. The services required are operation, maintenance, and development. In preparation of these tenders UFST is considering different approaches regarding the aforementioned services, including procurement methods. UFST therefore needs the market's input to several themes.
The purpose of the market dialogue is described in section II.2.4)
The IT and Development Agency of the Danish Ministry of Taxation (UFST) is preparing tenders for several systems. The services required are operation, maintenance, and development. In preparation of these tenders UFST is considering different approaches regarding the aforementioned services, including procurement methods. UFST therefore needs the market's input to several themes.
UFST intends on behalf of the Ministry of Taxation to conduct a market dialogue on general, strategic, and contractual topics related to the aforementioned systems.
To participate in the market dialogue economic operators are required to submit a response to the questionnaire which can found on the address provided in section I.3).
The response to the questionnaire must be in English or Danish and must be submitted to the email address provided in section I.1) no later than the third of December 2021 (03/12-2021) at 12:00 p.m. cet.
The procedure for participating in the market dialog is described in detail in section VI.3).
The systems which are considered a part of the upcoming tender are all developed and currently operated by third parties. The systems are expected to be maintained, and continuously further developed to be in compliance with legislative changes during the contract.
UFST seek the response from all economic operators on the market of IT- operation, maintenance, support, and development.

Please note that the estimated date of publication of contract notice in section II.3). The date is tentative given that the overall tender strategy for the project has not been finalized yet.

After completing the market dialog The Ministry of Taxation will draw up a report in which the proceeding of the dialogue will be summarized. The report will be published on the website referred to in section I.3).
