DSB expects to publish a EU tender of a payment service provider during week 1 in 2022 and therefore encourages all interested suppliers to keep updated on TED and on DSB's tender-portal EU-Supply.

DSB is the largest railway company within passenger transport in Denmark as an independent public state-owned corporation under the Danish Ministry of Transport and Housing and is tasked with providing public transport. DSB focuses on providing attractive journeys to our customers. The journey starts in the moment a customer wants to buy a ticket. In this context, DSB needs to replace its existing payment service provider on all online sales channels. DSB is subject to the EU Utility Directive and is obligated to conduct public tenders prior to entering into contracts.
