Aarhus University puts out to tender the purchase of a laser scanning confocal microscope to the laboratory of Peter Carmeliet, Institute of Biomedicine, Aarhus University.

The laser scanning confocal microscope will be used to verify concepts by visualizing and imaging the function and subcellular localization of relevant, cellular components, as well as investigating inter- and intracellular component interactions. The laser scanning microscope is necessary to fully validate and further progress the angiogenesis- and vascular heterogeneity research of Peter Carmeliet at Aarhus University.
