II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

Over the past six months, TV 2 developed a technology strategy for the coming five years initiating a complete refresh of TV 2's technical infrastructure and a switch to IP based AV Transmission Solution infrastructure (hereinafter AVoIP) to be able to meet with the requirements of the media consumer of the future.

As part of that migration in combination with aging technology, TV 2 is looking to replace a number of audio mixers across our facilities over the coming years.

TV 2 has already a number of Solid State Logic (hereinafter SSL) audio mixers, and it will be the preferred approach to continue building on the SSL audio mixer infrastructure into our AVoIP migration.

It is expected that TV 2 will purchase two audio mixers in 2022, two in 2023 and another two in 2024. Specifications of the audio mixers can be found in Appendix 1 Tender Specification.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

The Tenderer must state the company's equity for the past 3 financial years. If the Tenderer is established within the past 3 years, the Tenderer must state the company's equity for closed financial years. In the circumstance of not having a closed financial year, the Tenderer must state the equity at the time of submission of the tender.

The Tenderer must confirm its insurance with a public and product liability at the time of submission of the tender and state the limits of public and product liability.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

Positive equity for the past three financial years. If the Tenderer's company is younger than three years of age, it is important that the Tender state the date of the company's establishment.

Evidence of insurance with a public and product liability of minimum DKK 10.000.000.

III.1.3) Technical and professional ability

List and brief description of selection criteria:

As documentation of the Tenderer's professional qualifications, the Tenderer must list the most important contracts of similar nature, delivered within the last 2 years. TV 2's expectation to a relevant reference is delivery of audio mixers that supports large scale television production on the European continent, where 50 Hertz television system are applicate. Relevant television productions are regular production like News, Entertainment, Talk-shows etc. Tenderers should describe how they have performed similar contracts as explicitly as possible. If part of the contract has been performed by subcontractors, their role and collaboration should also be described. The references must include information about the contract period, the contracting part, and what was delivered in connection with the specific contract. If information cannot be disclosed for confidentiality reasons, this should be indicated in the relevant field.

The Tenderer must document 3 references of relevance delivered within the last 2 years.
