A fully integrated, dedicated electron diffractometer that allows 3D structure determination of submi-cron-sized crystals of inorganic and organic molecules and materials at atomic resolution. This in-cludes acquisition of electron diffraction data at cryogenic and elevated temperatures, remote access control, and automatized and integrated data processing and structure solution.

These conditions and the remaining details of the service contract must be described in Appendix 4 - Service Contract.
