II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

Banedanmark plans to offer a contract regarding the Telecommunication network planning and documentation System.

The contract comprises delivery of a system for Telecommunication network planning and documentation, designed and customized to Banedanmark's current and future needs, including the delivery and implementation of the System, migration of data from Banedanmark's current solution, integration to Banedanmark's GIS system and possibly other system integrations. The contract also comprises project management during the delivery phase, and hypercare, support and maintenance of after system delivery. Furthermore, the contract comprises further development services and consultancy services.

During both the project delivery process and after the System delivery the tenderer shall provide crosscutting services such as licenses, test documentation and reporting.

In the notices 2021/S 237-625570 and 220/S 218-536271, Banedanmark has published periodic indicative notices about the same tender in connection with market dialogues.

The services in the contract have since then been adjusted, i.a. based on the outcome of the market dialogues.

The tender procedure is expected to be carried out as a negotiated procedure.

The selection of applicants invited to tender is based on a pre-qualification process.

It is expected that the tender notice will set minimum requirements for suitability in relation to economic and financial capacity as well as requirements for references in relation to technical and professional ability.

In relation to section II.3), it is noted, that the stated date 22-12-2022 is the expected publication date at the present time. It is also noted, that since this is a Periodic indicative notice there might be changes in the contract notice.
