The supplier must offer a service contract that includes the required maintenance of all supplied items according to the published service intervals. Options should be quoted to cover a minimum of 5 year period from system acceptance.

The supplier must state clearly which items are covered by the service contract, and the service interval for each of those items. For clarity, the service contract should not include any extension to the warranty period, which should be quoted separately according to the requirements of requirement ID 3.1.2 or 3.1.3

Price for the service maintenance contracts must be stated in Annex 2 Schedule of prices. It is SDU who decides whether to purchase the service contract or not.
