Description of options:

The supplier must offer a service contract that includes the required maintenance of all supplied items according to the published service intervals. Options should be quoted to cover a minimum of 5 year period from system acceptance.

The supplier must state clearly which items are covered by the service contract, and the service interval for each of those items. For clarity, the service contract should not include any extension to the warranty period, which should be quoted separately according to the requirements of requirement ID 3.1.2 or 3.1.3

Price for the service maintenance contracts must be stated in Annex 2 Schedule of prices. It is SDU who decides whether to purchase the service contract or not.

It is a minimum requirement that the Tenderer has relevant expertise within the subject of the tender by 3 references within the last 3 years. With relevant expertise within the subject of the tender, the Contracting Authority understands similar tasks that include deliveries to both the public and private sectors as well as single deliveries and deliveries on framework agreements.
