Evida is looking for measuring instruments to measure pressure, flow, and temperature in gases with a bellows mechanism.

Product quality and durability are important requirements, and the products must comply with applicable standards and safety requirements.

We appreciate technical support and service from the supplier.

Input is requested with a view to exploring the market for potential suppliers and other stakeholders.

Expected dates for dialog meetings are the 19th and 20th of June 2023. Expected time per meeting will be 2 hours.

If participation in a meeting is of interest, registration must be made no later than 12th of June 2023 to Alex Berg Hansen at albha@evida.dk. The supplier is also asked to provide a contact person for subsequent dialogue.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

Dear Suppliers,

In connection with an upcoming tender for bellows gas meters, Evida wishes to gather input from market players in order to survey the supplier field and receive feedback on the intended materials that will be used.

Evida is seeking a range of different measuring instruments that can measure various parameters in gases using a bellows mechanism. The parameters to be measured include, among others, pressure, flow, and temperature. The instruments must be of high quality and robust enough to withstand a long lifespan in industrial environments.

Specifically, Evida is requesting bellows gas meters in sizes G1.6, G4, G6, G10, G16, and G25, as well as corresponding brackets for installation in Danish households and light industry to measure natural gas consumption. The buyer will handle the installation and operation of the meters based on the supplier's specifications.

Evida would like to emphasize the importance of the products offered meeting applicable standards and safety requirements.

Based on the incoming interest of this RFI, Evida will call for a series of dialog meetings. The meetings will be held at:
