The instrument is a Liquid Handler for contact free sample and reagent transfer using focused sound energy technology. This sound driven liquid handler is superior to standard Liquid handlers using tips. It is much more precise and saves instrument supply costs (no pipetting tips). Main features of the instrument are Dynamic Fluid analysis in real time, no calibration between assays needed, DMSO hydration functionality, contains HV grid ensuring correct drop delivery. The instrument will be integrated into a Hamilton robot station (Core facility) and will be used for set up of high throughput assays of cellular and biochemical type. Especially cellular screening assays can be performed under better standardized and controlled conditions, saving material and working time.

Explanation:

 

Instrument shall be integrated in a Hamilton Robot station (Core facility) and Hamilton offers an instrument driver for Echo 550; Labcyte offers best technical support service.

Labcyte owns all patents — no experimental restrictions for user.

Equipment is needed for set-up and running of high throughput screening assays of biochemical and cellular type. It has a wide application spectrum: compound handling and screening, cellular assays, genomics and proteomics; system is cost saving, time efficient, user friendly operating and precise.

A complaint against the contracting entity who, in accordance with the Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, Article 32, has decided to award a contract without prior publication of a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union must, in accordance with the Danish Act on Enforcement of Procurement Rules, etc. § 7, para. 3, be filed to the Danish Public Procurement Appeal Board within 30 calendar days from the day following the day on which a contract notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

The Danish Act on Enforcement of Procurement Rules, etc. defines in § 2, para. 2, point 1, a standstill period of 10 calendar days from the day after the date on which the voluntary ex ante transparency notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Latest at the same time as a complaint is lodged to the Danish Public Procurement Appeal Board, the appellant shall in writing inform the contracting entity about the lodging of a complaint to the Danish Public Procurement Appeal Board, and whether the complaint has been submitted in the standstill period. In cases where the complaint is not submitted in the standstill period, the appellant must specify any suspensive effect of the complaint according to The Danish Act on enforcement of procurement rules § 12, Para. 1.
