Justification:
In june a GC-MS/MS Instrument broke down in DTU Food. A tender on a similar instrument was in progress, however, due to technical mistakes, the tender was annulled. Now, DTU Food cannot meet their obligations, among these are critical task for the Danish and European reference laboratory.
The reopening of this tender is there for carried out with shorter deadlines on the basis of Udbudsloven § 57, 5. Due to the urgency of the situation, the normal deadlines are impractical.
