Market Survey:

Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) plans to tender a framework agreement regarding acquisition on consultancy agreement for DALO. In order to acquire the right consultancy services DALO will request for information (RFI) about the market potential. The tender will focus on engineers and technicians with knowledge of military material and military services.

Therefore DALO is looking for information on how to structure a possible future tender on the consultancy agreement. The purpose of this request for information is to understand how the best possible tender can be arranged both for DALO and the suppliers according to article 40 in Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Counsel of 26.2.2014 on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
