The agreement applies to Avinor AS. Avinor has a strategy and a technological vision which suggests that there is a need for changed and improved HR system support. This is due to the fact that Avinor does not currently have optimal and satisfactory system support connected to HR processes and that the suite of Avinor's HR technology does not meet the current and future needs. The current situation is characterised by a high degree of manual processes and a lack of appropriate integrations. The aim of the procurement is to ensure that Avinor has a modern and future orientated support for its processes in the HR area. The tool support shall facilitate user friendliness, efficiency, general thinking and compliance with the law and security requirements. The system shall, among other things, contribute to: • Reduced costs for HR and more efficient operation in HR • A joint HR master data structure and integrated system landscape • Automation, work flow and continual improvement of HR processes • Possibility for data driven decisions • Compliance with rules for processing and storing personal data. Please note that this is a renewed competition notice, after the competition titled "Avinor AS - T-191584 - Procurement - HR-system" was cancelled 14.05.2024 (Doffin-reference 2024-107050). General changes made by Avinor from the cancelled competition to this new competition are: - The type of contract has been changed from the Government Standard Terms SSA-L to the Government Standard Terms SSA-Lille sky - Avinor has not made any changes to the standard contract provisions in SSA-Lille sky - In cases where the tenderer is an implementation partner for an HR system that must be delivered on the software manufacturer ́s standard terms, these standard terms can be signed by Avinor and the software manufacturer, in addition to SSA-Lille sky being signed by Avinor and the supplier. -The tenderer ́s experience with comparable deliveries and the tenderer ́s capacity, the reply form attached in the tender documentation shall be used - There are some clarifications and adjustments in SSA-Lille sky Annex 4 as well as in the technical and functional requirement specifications and user stories. the procurement is given in the requirement specifications and user stories, see i.a. SSA-Lille sky Bilag 01 as well as Annex 01 - Functional Requirement Specifications, Annex 02 - Functional User Stories, Annex 03 - Non-functional requirement specifications and Annex 04 - Technical user stories.
