Vision mixers.
DR will purchase Vision mixers for new television facilities.
In beginning of 2018 DR are expanding the production facilities in Aarhus for mainly sports studio production and sport event productions. The sports studio is used for daily use in the main news hour, but will also be used during event productions like X-Games, Summer/Winter Olympics etc. Therefore DR need to purchase new equipment for this facility. The weather studio facility is also moved from DR-Byen, to an external production facility in Aarhus together with the Sports studio. The facility is planned to be on-air the 1. February 2018. In Q3 2018 and Q1 2019 DR is planning replacement of the vision mixers in DR-Byen. The aim is to replace vision mixers that are installed in 2005/2006 when DR-Byen was established. Therefor this tender has optional purchases for this purpose. The tender also has optional purchase for spare parts packet, training and Service Level Agreement.

As documentation of the Tenderer's professional qualifications, the Tenderer must list the most important contracts of similar nature, as to the type of contract described in the Contract Notice item II.1.5. executed and finalised within the last 2 years in the document ‘List of references’.
DR expectation to a relevant reference are delivery of video mixers, that supports large scale television production on the European continent, where 50 Hertz television system are applicate.
Relevant television productions are regular production like News, Entertainment, Talk-shows etc.
Tenderers should describe how they have performed similar contracts as explicitly as possible. If part of the contract has been performed by subcontractors, their role and collaboration should also be described.
The references must include the information requested in the tables in the document ‘List of references’. If information can not be disclosed for confidentiality reasons, this should be indicated in the relevant field. If confidential information prevents Contracting Authority to evaluate a reference's credibility, relevance or scope, the reference will not be taken into account.
To be suitable to submit a tender, the Tenderer in the document ‘List of references’ must be able to document 3-5 reference of relevance within the last 2 years.
If Tenderer is unable to document at least 3 reference of relevance, the company will be excluded from tendering.

According to the Danish Act on A Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Act number 492 of 12.5.2010 as amended by Act number 1556 of 21.12.2010, Act number 618 of 14.6.2011, Act number 1231 of 18.12.2012, Act number 511 of 27.5.2013, and Act number 1564 of 15.12.2015), the following time limits for submitting a complaint apply:
Complaints regarding a public procurement procedure must be submitted to the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement before 45 calendar days after the contracting authority has published a contract award notice in the European Union's official journal. The time limit runs from the day after the day, where the contract award notice was published.
The time limit for complaints is 20 calendar days from the day after the day where the contracting authority has informed about its decision according to Section 185 (2) in the Danish Act on Public Procurement regarding termination of a contract due to annulment of a contract award decision.
The plaintiff must inform the contracting authority in writing about a complaint and if the complaint is submitted in the standstill period, when the complaint is submitted to the Complaints Board. If the complaint is not submitted in the standstill period, the plaintiff must also inform whether the plaintiff has argued for suspensive effect of the complaint.
