The instrument should meet the following key specifications: i) White Light Laser (WLL) excitation covering a broad spectral range from UV through visible into the near‑infrared, allowing flexible selection of excitation wavelengths without hardware changes; ii) Highly tunable spectral detection using Leica HyD hybrid detectors, enabling continuous adjustment of emission bands for advanced spectral imaging and unmixing; iii) FALCON FLIM technology, providing fast, Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC)‑based fluorescence lifetime imaging fully integrated into confocal scanning, including real‑time phasor analysis. iv) High‑speed lifetime acquisition, supporting lifetime contrast at acquisition speeds compatible with live or sensitive samples; v) High NIR sensitivity, optimized for weak signals and imaging in optically challenging, autofluorescent, or thick biological samples; vi) Non‑destructive, low‑phototoxic confocal imaging, enabled by sensitive detectors and efficient photon usage; vii) Advanced 3D and multidimensional imaging workflows, with precise spatial registration and metadata capture suitable for downstream correlative imaging.

In case of complaints about tenders or decisions, e.g. award of contracts covered by Section II or III in the Danish Public Procurement Act must be submitted to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for udbud) within 45 calendar days from the day after the contractor published a notice in the Official Journal on the conclusion of a contract. At the latest concurrently with submission of an appeal to the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the complainant must inform the Contracting Authority of the alleged infringement, and whether the appeal is to be referred to the board.
