Explanation:

— Ability to prepare WGS, WES and Single Cell samples on one instrument

— Generates long range information from > 100 kb fragments using Linked Reads

— Upgrades existing short read sequencers to generate long range contextual data including structural variants and multi-megabase phase blocks

— Creates highly complex libraries from 1 ng of genomic data; superior sensitivity to standard library prep methods for SNP detection sensitivity and PPV

— Microfluidic device that can generate > 1 000 000 individual picoliter reactions coupled with ~4 000 000 unique molecular barcodes

— Detection of large scale structural variants including gene fusions, deletions and complex rearrangements from whole genome and targeted sequencing.
