Open procedure of a contract for the purchase of services concerning a Ticketing System
The goals for this tender are to fulfil the following needs:
— Delivery of a Ticketing System for DR Koncerthuset to handle ticket sale, including all necessary elements for DR’s sale and marketing of tickets.
— The System must be a White Label Solution.
— Implementation/migration of the System.
— Support agreement for maintenance and operations.
— An option for ad hoc consultancy services.
Project kick-off and implementation of the System is expected to begin at the beginning of April 2018. The Agreed Go live Date shall be no later than 1.7.2018.
