Description of the procurement:
SDU has a requirement for a high performance, flexible micro / nano CT system for the non-destructive imaging of samples of various sizes and materials. The system will be placed in a multi-user environment. Due to the wide range of intended applications, a system is to incorporate a detecting system (single- or multi-detector) capable of imaging of small samples with the true resolution below 1 μm, and large samples of diameter up to 150 mm or larger, with a moderate resolution.
