II.1.4) Short description:

Two of the regional entities in the Danish TV 2 network, TV2 Nord and TV2 Østjylland (hereinafter referred to as TV2) calls for the supply of a story-telling and publishing system in accordance with the attached tender documents. The tender will be carried through as a restricted procedure, cf. sections 58-60 of the public procurement act

About the two regional stations

— 2 of 8 regional media facilities / TV stations in the TV 2 Danmark A/S family,

— each region operates on separate terms with own board of directors and own management teams,

— 100 % government owned,

— financed via license fees,

— broadcasting regionally via TV 2 Danmark's main channel (TV 2) and via own 24 h TV channel outputs as well as social media platforms,

— public service obligations,

— regulations stipulate TV 2 regions to primarily produce news content.
