Procedures and deadlines for complaints are ruled by “Bekendtgørelse af lov om Klagenævnet for udbud”, LBK number 593 af 2.6.2016.
Complaints concerning rejection from tender procedure should be filed at Klagenævnet for Udbud within 20 calender days after notice to the applicants have been submitted by email.
Other complaints should be filed at Klagenævnet for Udbud within 45 calender days after a notice of contract has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
