II.1.4) Short description:

Energinet’s current system for data retrieval of production and consumption measurements will not be supported in the near future. The application and the data are used widely in Energinet i.e. as the basis for correct billing of market participants and citizens. As a result, Energinet is seeking a new solution to encompass both data retrieval and validation for gas and electricity measurements. Today Energinet uses 3 different instances of the same data retrieval application. The purpose of this RFI is to gather technical and commercial insight for total solutions and specific components relevant to Energinet. The Energinet project team views this RFI as an opportunity for parties to contribute information based on their knowledge and experience.

Main site or place of performance:

Most services can be delivered remote, but some end user services will require onsite presence. Most of the users are located in Fredericia or Skærbæk (Jutland) or Ballerup (near Copenhagen).

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

Today Energinet uses 3 different instances of the same data retrieval application – 1 for each business unit: Electricity system operator, Gas transmission system operator and Gas Distribution system operator.

The data being retrieved is production and consumption measurements for different types of meters situated within Energinet’s energy infrastructure:

— Electricity meters from offshore wind turbine park and interconnections to other electricity TSOs (El SO). Approximately 113 metering points.

— Gas meters at M/R stations and M-stations (Gas TSO) as well as for 3 direct consumers. Approximately 100 metering points.

— Gas meters at companies in the distribution area Dansk Gas Distribution for both private consumers and companies. Approximately 1 200 metering points.

Energinet seeks the supplier’s input in regards to the subjects listed in the tender system EU-Supply: “Request for information (rfi) for: electricity and natural gas data retrieval and validation” (Section 3.1: Supplier outline and Appendix 1). Additional information on matters or issues not raised is welcome.
