The supply of “refurbishment” of failed WTG blades as well as “new” and “as new” WTG blades. Please be aware that this is not including up-tower blade repairs. The candidate can participate in the lot by either being able to supply “refurbishment” of failed blades and/or “new” and “as-new” blades. Optionally, refurbishment of failed blades can be done through a refurbishment loop where the failed blade is swapped with a blade that has already been refurbished by the Candidate. Vattenfall does not expect the candidate to be able to supply our full fleet.
