The process of the market dialogue is that interested suppliers indicate their interest in the forthcoming tender and provide a brief description of how they envision to meet Banedanmark's requirements. The requirements can be downloaded on following link: https://banedktenderplan.tricommerce.dk/#/list/incoming/details/BDK00155

Please send the description to Contract Manager, Jesper Nyrup Stilling (JNSG@bane.dk) and IT Project Manager, Holger Christen Ølholm (HCOM@bane.dk).

The answers should be submitted no later than Wednesday the 22.11.2018.

Based on the submissions Banedanmark will invite relevant suppliers to individual dialogue meetings at Banedanmark, where the supplier will be given the opportunity to elaborate on its product description, and Banedanmark will be able to elaborate on their requirements.

Banedanmark expects to hold dialogue meetings in Weeks 49 and 50, but will return with the specific time and date after the submission deadline.
