Applicants must state in the ESPD Section IV.B the following financial ratios for the last 3 completed financial year:

— total annual turnover in each of the last 3 completed and audited financial years,

— degree of solvency in each of the last 3 completed and audited financial years.

It is a minimum requirement that:

— the applicant has a total annual turnover of at least 10 000 000 DKK in each of the last 3 completed and audited financial years,

— The applicant has a positive solvency ratio of at least 25 % in each of the last 3 completed and audited financial year.

III.1.3) Technical and professional ability

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Applicant must enclose a completed ESPD section IV.C completed as described below.

Applicants must indicate in the ESPD Section IV.C the following technical and professional capacity:

Applicant's most significant deliveries of biomethane receiving stations, as described in Section II.1.4).

Applicant must fill in the ESPD with the date of delivery of the delivery, description of the delivery, the recipient (the customer) and the total contract value. It is noted that to include

A task as a reference, it is not necessary that the contract is finally completed, but it however, may not have started less than 6 months before the application date. Specific requested references that demonstrate experience and insight according to the following points:

1) Supplies that document experience with biomethane receiving stations. Applicant can specify a maximum of 5 references. References in addition will not be taken in consideration. This also applies to consortia or other associations of companies or if the applicant bases its technical capabilities on a subcontractor.

Minimum requirements for the level possible requirements: It is a minimum requirement that the applicant can demonstrate at least one (1) relevant reference within the last 12 months that demonstrate experience and insight into the above cited points 1-3.
