RFI (Market Dialogue) Regarding an Environmental Reporting System
Ørsted Bioenergy’s intention with this request for information (RFI) is to engage in a market dialogue with potential suppliers of environmental reporting systems or tools. The purpose of the tool is to provide a fully automatic system for calculation and reporting environmental data on most of our power stations, starting with flue gas emissions.
Various power plants in DENMARK.
Below, we have listed some of the requirements for the environmental reporting system:
— the system should be able to fulfil our flue gas conditions given in our environmental approvals by the Danish Environmental Protection Agency (MEL-16),
— create final environmental flue gas reports every month, quarter and year,
— raise an alarm in case of excess of given threshold limit values,
— predict future excesses,
— present a uniform interface across power stations,
— changes in environmental flue gas conditions should be implemented in the system by the supplier in collaboration with Ørsted Bioenergy,
— capabilities regarding integration or data sharing with other information systems within Ørsted.
Furthermore, it would be appreciated if the environmental reporting system also includes:
— calculation, reporting and handling of CO2 emission data following the regulations given by the Danish Energy Agency.
With the new environmental reporting system, we expect the process of the environmental reporting to be efficient and standardised across power stations. The system will decrease the manual processes and improve the quality of the final reports for the Danish Environmental Protection Agency. The solution should be able to handle the environmental conditions for the main boilers at Avedøre, H. C. Ørsted, Studstrup, Herning, Skærbæk and Asnæs Power Stations. The power station systems differ in complexity and there may be different requirements depending on the power station which the environmental tool is expected to handle.
This is not an EU-tender but merely a RFI to search the market for potential suppliers of the environmental reporting system.
